Refund policy

HabitGame Planner is a digital subscription product delivered through a Telegram Mini App. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no physical items to return.

Subscription Terms

HabitGame Planner may offer an introductory access period for $1 for 7 days. After the introductory period ends, the subscription renews at $29 per month unless canceled before the renewal date.

By completing checkout, you agree to the subscription terms shown at checkout, including the introductory payment, renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.

Refunds

Because HabitGame Planner is a digital access product, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

We may review refund requests in the following cases:

- You were charged but did not receive access to the Mini App.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved by our support team.
- A billing error occurred.

To request help with a payment issue, contact us at support@habitgame.pro with your order email, payment details, and a short description of the issue.

Introductory Payments

The $1 introductory payment is non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate payment, failed access, or billing error.

Renewal Payments

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate payment, failed access, or billing error.

If you do not want to continue your subscription, you must cancel before the next renewal date.

Access Issues

If you purchased HabitGame Planner but cannot access the Telegram Mini App, contact us at support@habitgame.pro. We will help verify your purchase and restore access when possible.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since this is a digital subscription product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

There are no physical products, shipping labels, packaging, or return shipments involved.

Consumer Rights

For customers in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights will apply as required by law.
