HabitGame Planner is a digital subscription product delivered through a Telegram Mini App.
No Physical Shipping
No physical products are shipped.
HabitGame Planner does not require shipping, delivery carriers, tracking numbers, physical packaging, customs processing, or shipping fees.
Digital Access
After purchase, access is provided digitally.
Depending on your checkout and account flow, you may receive access instructions through:
- the website;
- email;
- Telegram;
- the HabitGame Planner Telegram Mini App;
- customer support if manual verification is needed.
Telegram Mini App Access
HabitGame Planner is designed to be used through Telegram.
To access the product, you may need:
- an active Telegram account;
- access to the HabitGame Planner Telegram bot or Mini App;
- the same email or order information used at checkout, if verification is required.
Access Timing
Digital access is usually available shortly after successful payment.
In some cases, access may take longer due to payment processing, subscription verification, Telegram account matching, technical issues, or manual support review.

Please include your order email, order number if available, and your Telegram username or Telegram user ID if available.
No Shipping Fees
Because HabitGame Planner is a digital product, there are no shipping fees.
If a shipping option or shipping fee appears during checkout by mistake, contact us at support@habitgame.pro before completing your order.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive access after purchase, we will help verify your payment and restore access when possible.
Common access issues may include:
- using a different email than the one used at checkout;
- opening Telegram with a different account;
- payment still processing;
- subscription verification delay;
- technical issue with the Mini App or bot.
